Junior Confirmation
Junior Confirmation is the three-year period of study, typically grades 6-8, that prepares young men and women for worthy reception of the Lord’s Supper at Trinity. Detailed instruction is essential for helping young people remain in the faith and prosper them to attain the goal of their Baptism. Classes meet Sundays at 6pm.

Junior Confirmation is organized as follows:
- Grade 6/Year 1: Old and New Testament Survey
- Grade 7/Year 2: The Small Catechism: the Ten Commandments and Apostles’ Creed
- Grade 8/Year 3: The Small Catechism: The Lord’s Prayer, The Sacrament of Holy Baptism, Confession, and The Sacrament of the Altar
Upon completion of Junior Confirmation, students should be able to articulate the what and why of the Bible as explained in the Small Catechism.
